One Line
The story of the Sitcom revolves around those characters who have the kind of attitudes that will make us laugh.
Saba Hameed and Usman Peerzada are playing Husband and wife. Now the question arise that what is so special about this well the special feature is that Iffat Omer who is Usman’s sister is the wife of Faisal Rehman who is playing Saba’s brother. The story is about two Odd Couples or let us makes it straight the story is about two Odd families.
Saba wants to be a musical artist, to be specific “A Classical Music Artist” like Roshan Ara, or Farida khanum, but her practice annoys even the spirits of the classical artists. Usman is very much against her classical music. On the other side Faisal wants to be a rock star.
Iffat likes classical music but always takes care of the fact that she should not appreciate such music in front of her sister in law (Saba), and same is the case with Saba. So in short both of them have their attitude problems with each other. That is not the end of the story lets enter the ace characters “The Parents”. The parents of Usman and Iffat are entirely different from that of Saba and Faisal. Usman and Iffat’s father is a pure Desi kind. He has a federal plus political background and on the other side Saba and Faisal’s mother has a broader mind and is a fashion designer.
These completely different families are living together. Usman’s father lives on the right side of their house while Saba’s mom lives on the left side. All of them have different vie no but in difficult times they are always there to help each other.
This play has all the ingredients of a complete comic play. The comedy situations will be there played by some of the finest actors of Pakistan’s TV industry. We hope that this family onented sitcom will capture the hearts of the viewers and will be a great success (Insha Allah)

Ever since the popular show made its debut in the early eighties, many programmes have tried to imitate its slapstick style and humor with little success. The reason, one feels, is that besides the direction and the content of the play, it was the talent of the individual actors involved and the combined team that was the crowning glory.
The performances by Ismail Tara, Zeba Shehnaz & Majid Jehangir - the great versatile artists, alongwith other actors have made this show the most memorable one.
If there was one comedy play one could recommend for the entire family, this would be it.

It's about three guys, Ali Tahir(Johny), Faisal Qureshi(Shafoo) and Adeel Hashmi(Loosey) who live by themselves and are after these three girls, Wajeeha Tahir(from Family Front), Mira Hashmi and another newcomer. The problems they encounter and the things they do to impress the girls, are hilarious!
The funniest guys are Adeel Hashmi and Ahmad Ibrahim. It's a must see sitcom for everyone.

One of the more popular comedy serials in recent times penned by none other than the comedy king himself, Dr. Younus Butt. This play swept the 44th Nigar Awards , held in the year 2000. Adjudged best PTV play, producer Samina Ahmad, writer Dr. Younus Butt, actor Waseem Abbas & actress Saba Hameed also won awards for their contribution to the play.
