Washington: An international organisation representing the heads of police departments across the world has issued new guidelines recommending that officers who confront a suicide bomber should shoot the suspect in the head, the Washington Post reported.

Wat a theory or thinking of An international organisation (world most dumb and stupid poeples organisation)

I'm thinking to start new organisation called HP organisation too after reading this post beucse atleast i won't think stupid like this organisation

so it means that they will target mostly people with large beards and stuff because the police cant tell who is and who is not a terrorist. correct me if i am wrong.
