it was anything but an out. i think the umpire got distracted and came under pressure when he gave that lbw decision. because right before that ball, pakistan had appealed for another bat and pad, and when the umpire gave it a notout, iNzi threw a fit.

i believe that was the reason they banned him for the test.

Guys, according to cricket rule books if a batsman deliberately pads a ball to avoid playing it with the bat, even if their is a doubt whether the ball is going to hit the stumps or not, it can be given out and will be considered a fair decsion.

Balaji had no option except doing that, if he would have touched the ball with bat, chances were to be caught, thereby he might have thought for pading the BALL.

yeah a lot of decisons went against us. techically balaji was out beacsuye he didn't oofer a shiot so its was irrelevnt whether it picthed in line or not as lomng as it was gonna hit the stumps. great moment
