Need help with down loading a file from diamond link

hi guys,
I just join the Diamond membership, I can't download the files from that link. Every time I try to down load, after its done downloading, this is what I get "Real Player could not locate the specified clip." Any help would be great. If any body from Admin. is reading this, It would be nice to replay back when a member sent you an e-mail asking for help.

dell bro try to open all files in window media player or VLC it should work if u still got problam send me PM i will try help u :style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/strongbench.gif:

dell ........ **** everything works perfectly fine .... ok do wht i did
download winamp and just click next next .... dont put any changes
then when u download sand when u save it ..... then there is no way tht it wont open on windows media player or vlc or winamp
**** doesnt it say on the top of the page tht u need 2 download vlc for tht
