Help Regarding DM

I recently paid for the diamond membership and unlike the advertised line of get diamond membership "right away" after paying, I dint get to access the members area. I have sent an email to humpakistani@gmail.com and haven't got a reply so far. So anyone here willing to help? Any Admins?
